I have x2 boxes, a main box and a mini. When both are on the signal goes.

Hello, when I have both my main and mini box on, they have started interfering with one another making one of them unwatchable as the picture constantly stops, flickers and sound distorts.

They are both close enough to the hub, it is a smallish 3 bed apartment and they worked fine with everything in the same locations previously.

- I have tried resetting them several times, to no avail.

- I have tried all troubleshooting I can see online, updated the software/firmware etc.

- It is not just live TV, it is if apps are being used also on one, it will impact the live TV on the other.

Does anyone know what the issue maybe here? It’s becoming really frustrating.

@AQ467 Are both boxes using WiFi ? If they are have you tried switching the router off for 30+ seconds and then restarting it. It sounds like both boxes are fighting for bandwidth.

They may even be fighting for the same IP address, if DHCP on the router has glitched.

The router power cycle should clear this issue equally well, though.
