Discovery + issues

I have recently joined EE and included in my basic entertainment package is Discovery +. I had this when I was with Sky up to joining EE. I have got everything else working, but having issues with this app on the tv. I can login no problem from my phone, but when I try to watch something, it keeps telling me to upgrade my pass and retry. Nothing happens. I have tried discussing this with EE and Discovery +, but I'm getting nowhere with either. I am not happy about this at all and just want it sorted.

I'm sorry to hear you've not be able to get this resolved when you've reached out to our team.

If you reach out to our EE TV team at eetvsupport@bt.com then they will be able to take a look into what is happening, and help to get this sorted.

Hi. I spoke to a very nice lady today when my WiFi went off and she's put a request in for me to get a call back on Friday morning from the technical team to see if they can help to sort it out.
