Keeps glitching during programs then errors pop up so slow was told I could fast forward during recording won’t allow me

What type of TV box are you using?
Are you watching channels via Arial or IP?

Is the box connected via Wi-Fi? If so can you test by connecting it to your router using an ethernet cable?

You can try resetting your TV box. (Be aware you may lose any recordings already saved!)

Just checking you also have ventilation around the TV box, so it can stay cool? For example placing it directly on carpet or covering it with cloth should be avoided.
