      <title>EE TV Box Pro App Issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else been experiencing problems recently where apps on the EE TV Box Pro keep randomly crashing when watching something? No warning, no error messages, the box just goes back to the home screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I noticed the Now TV app has had an overhaul and wondered if that was it, but I'm experiencing it with all apps and it's so frustrating.&amp;nbsp; I've checked and have the latest software and apps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, it happens across all apps (Netflix, Now TV, Channel 4 etc.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The apps just seem to crash randomly and the home screen appears. Like I said, no warning or error messages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you checked to make sure the software is up to date on the TV Box Pro?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is also worth trying to do a factory reset of the box to see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does everything seem fine when you are watching the live channels?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Everything is up to date.&amp;nbsp; I've now done a factory reset and the issue persists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue happens on apps, and has happened when pausing live TV.&amp;nbsp; The box just returns to the home screen and playing live TV.&amp;nbsp; Very frustrating, as this isn't the first time I've had to factory reset the box and I lose all my recordings etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What else can be done?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same. Tried 2 boxes, numerous factory resets, new WiFi disc, and now PowerLine adapters.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm at the point of asking to get rid of the pro box and go apple TV. We don't get issues like this with our mini box, so definitely pro box related.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now just need to find someone on support who can action that...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
