My tv is working of the aerial

My Tv ‘s have start to pixelated which is realky annoying and the Tv in the bedroom also loose channels each time i switch it on snd pixelates as well. Can you advice do i need to change the box and watch through wifi ir am i able to do this on the package im on.
Not sure what else to do?
