I have just been persuaded to switch from BT TV with a You View Box to ee TV with an ee TV Box Pro. It seems to me that there are considerably less programmes with subtitles on the ee Box. I watch a lot of programmes on iplayer, and almost always employed subtitles, and find that many of the same programmes on the iplayer on ee just don't offer subtitles. Have others found the same? It didn't occur to me that there would be this difference, and it is a serious limitation for me. I have followed the instructions for turning on subtitles, and on occasions they are there, but often the option is simply not on offer.
