Now tv on Apple 4k tv

My now tv membership should have been transferred from Talktalk to EE but it wasn’t so NOW keeps asking what subscription I want.
It’s inclusive on the EE package but I can’t cancel it on Talktalk as the account is now frozen. Customer service suggested going to shop where I purchased broadband package, not good enough . Shops in wales I’m in bucks EE said it would be done by them .

Have you tried speaking with Now TV directly, to see if there's anything they can do on their systems to free up the subscription?

Went back to customer service Dave, wish I had him first time around he was extremely helpful. after 25 minutes it’s now sorted. Thanks
