Now TV still active after cancelling EE TV

Hello, I have a similar issue to this post https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/TV/Now-TV-EE-TV/td-p/1338594

Essentially placed an order for EE TV in the middle of last year and activated Now, however, I then needed to cancel the order but the Now subscription has continued. Please could I get some help to unlink it

We have unlinked your NOW account in our system for you. Can you check and revert if you are still experiencing the issue?
