topic Apple TV 4K EETV app in TV

Afternoon,

After using the EETV app and tv guide via the Apple TV 4K box for a few weeks, I wondered if any knowledgeable contributors on here knew of any improvements in the pipeline?

Specifically I’ve noticed the TV guide is limited to the next 24 hours only. You’re also unable to bookmark or add programmes to a playlist or watchlist.
I think the guide on the TV Box Pro is the best I’ve ever used: allowing you to go backwards or forwards up to 7 days and links each programme to either your recording or the relevant catchup/ streaming option for viewing.

The TV launcher 3rd party app improves on some features, but If the Box Pro/ YouView based features could be replicated to the EE app, it would make for a much better experience: and give Sky Stream a real run for its money…

Hi @Traynor78

Thanks for the feedback, we're always looking for ways to improve these services for users. I'll pass it over to our EE TV team for them to consider (if they haven't already).

Thanks

Thanks Darren - yes I did see that and I've signed up in relation to the Apple TV Box.

I'm very pleased with it overall but would be great to see the app being refined to mirror the TV Box Pro features.

The guide for plus 7 days should be possible I would think.

Even the live TV guide on fire sticks for PSB channels have this, so I am sure the capabilities of Youview will be able to match that.
