It’s a free 1 month offer that auto renews each month for 6 months free of charge. It’s not an outright 6 month offer that can be cancelled at any point and it’ll keep working up till the 6 months are up.

I think I have been trying to be a bit too smart!

I have the free Apple TV 6 month trial and it has been activated by EE and seems to be working as it should. However, when looking on my App under Plans and Subscriptions for TV, if I clicked the Apple TV box, I could toggle an option to turn auto renew on or off.

Being too clever for my own good, I thought "Great - this will save me having to remember to do this in 6 months!" Only, when common sense returned, it occurred to me that it might actually switch of the trial at the end of the first month instead of "renewing"

Firstly, can anyone say whether I have messed up here or not? Secondly, before anyone asks me to do the obvious, and switch auto renew back on - I can't! When I try to access the relevant part of my app, I get the dreaded "This link isn't working at the moment, its not you, its us" message.

I'll wait till Monday before contacting EE for guidance - until then, has anyone got any comments, guidance, advice etc?

Many thanks!
