With the Full Works Package should I be getting 4K UHD TNT Sports Ultimate as part of the package? When I go the channel it's not part of my package but have seen it advertised as included on their website. When I phoned nobody seemed to be able to help me.

We have 2 versions of the Full Works package which are speed dependant.

Full Works 4K requires 41Mbps, anything under that then Full Works HD is advertised.

On ee.co.uk we show the best possible option but when you enter your address and explore a little further we then show you which variant of Full Works you'd get based on line speed to the address you supplied.

Our packages are line speed dependant because the channels are delivered over your broadband connection, so we can only show you what you're eligible for when you enter your address which then provides a more accurate representation of what is available to you.
