Trying to sign in to Now TV through my pc but the email address @btinternet you created for me to access Now on the tv does not have a password or cannot access this email. How do i get access to Now tv on my pc please?

@KarenRobertson : Are you mixing up your router's BB creds, bthomehub@btbroadband.com , with your EE ID a/c?
