EE Ultra boost for now

Hi all, recently updated to EE TV and have to say I’m really enjoying it after coming from Sky Q of 15 years. Everything works and I much prefer the interface.

The only annoyance here for me is the fact the Ultra boost for NOW tv doesn’t seem available yet. From rumours though I see this may be coming soon? Anyone shed any light?

ideally Disney plus will be around the corner but can live without that to be honest.

No one knows when UltraBoost is coming. It's been 'coming soon' for about 8 months. 2 competing theories: 1) EE back end is in such a woeful state that the ordering system still hasn't been built to handle ordering it; 2) It's a technical challenge of such epic proportions that 8 months is far too early for EE customers to expect to have access to UltraBoost, and anyway EE will be doing us a favour when it finally does get delivered. Take your pick..

We're trying hard to bring Ultra Boost to our customers.

Sky have to do work to make it available to us, so that we can then make it available to you.

You can make your own mind up about on why we can't sell it just yet. 😊

I’ve just called and asked and no one knows about Ultra boost.
It’s no good when you’re paying £80 p/m for a ‘full works’ package and can’t even watch in 4K, especially when I cancelled my much cheaper subscription with NoW TV directly which included it. (My fault)
has anyone heard any updates? Feeling short changed.
