Just signed up with EE. Can't find the TNT sports and discovery + channels ? They are included in our package.

Welcome to the community.

You should be able to view the TNT Sports channels on channel 408 to 411 in SD and 430 to 434 in HD and for TNT Sports Ultimate. What happens if you select those channels?

You can view Discovery on 320 in SD and 325 in HD.

If you press the home button, do you see the option to launch the discovery+ app?

Why do you think you should be able to get it, what steps have you taken to get it, and what fails where on your customer journey when you try to get it?

Lucy download discovery app on apps menu, you can then set up by putting in password on phone or tablet when they send email with instructions. However tnt sports should be in TV guide?

Why did ee not inform us they where changing our phone number when we
signed up.

Very unprofessional caused us a bloody long month nightmare. We can't even
get out 30 year old number back.

NEVER AGAIN.
