I have subsribed to all of the TV channels but when I try to log into Now TV on my laptop I'm told that I don't have any subscriptions!!

I can watch Sky Sports with no problem on my TV but on my laptop it won't let me.

I have used my email which is associated with my EE TV Subscription and set a new password but I still can't watch Sky Sports on my Laptop.
