Your 14-day cooling-off period shouldn’t start until the service is working properly, otherwise how can you evaluate it?

Make this point to EETV.

Picture quality fine but can't record more than 2 programmes at once when you record a programme can't fast forward past adds very limited channels unfortunately sighed 2 year contract will switch back at end of contract even for extra cost

If you order online or by telephone you have a 14 day cooling off period.

If you are using the EE Mini box or Apple TV box then it’s only certain Freeview channels that are available. The channel guides can be found here https://ee.co.uk/help/tv-sport/manage-use/channel-

If you’re using the EE TV pro box in internet mode also a limited amount available. If you change to the aerial mode and have a good aerial you will more/all Freeview channels and be able to record more free to air stations at once. https://ee.co.uk/help/tv-sport/manage-use/modes

Please note you can stream other linear Discovery channels from the Discovery Plus app.

ITV channels aren’t designed so you cannot skip the adverts as this was a stipulation created by ITV. Sky have a different deal with the broadcaster.

If I'd had more time to assess within 14 days would have cancelled the
signal was so poor it took 6 weeks to get working properly even now we get
drop out and have to reset, yes it's cheaper but would not recommend
switching from sky and seriously looking to to how can get out of contract
