I've accidentally my ee netflix tb account to an active account that's my partner has with sky how can I unlink it and make it to a brand new account without cancelling please

If you have a chat with our Customer Support team, they'll be able to see if there's anything we can do to unlink it for you.

Someone has hacked my Netflix account I spoke to Netflix and they’ve told me to contact ee to unlink my account but can’t find anything to unlink the account online?

You cannot do it yourself online @paigedean - you need to call. Or I can do it for you, if you email tv.apps@ee.co.uk - you'll need to provide the BT or EE account number that your Netflix account number is connected to though.
