Synching TV guide

I have my tv box cabled to my EE router via Ethernet. Can I add the sky and tnt sports channels to the tv guide as at the moment I can only open these by going into the Now and discovery apps.

I set my fathers up via wi-fi and all his channels are on the tv guide. There is also a sports section at the top of the guide when using the blue button.

Hope this makes sense as to what I am trying to do.

Hi @Mikc1 ,

You're paying to have them in the guide, you should absolutely have them but something is not right here.

Go into the settings on the box and try these 2 things:

Software Update, if no update found proceed to step 2
Factory reset the box, also found in the settings

Software update worked, all channels are now there.
