    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi i just ordered Broadband x tv for 59 pounds which included with now tv and netflix and discovery, and after confirming i receive only notification for My direct debit payment info,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so now i should receive welcome email too, and i think i should receive the netflix activation with discovery&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but untill now i didnt receive any of them , any support tell me when i will receive them because i need them asap&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You only ordered 11 minutes before you posted ... give it a bit longer.&amp;nbsp; Whilst most orders are usually processed within 15-20 minutes, it can sometimes take a few hours (e.g. on days when football is on, and everyone is subscribing at the last minute).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks, but still the same no notification and no order updates&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for now tv and netflix will i receive them before activing my broadband and tv, right?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and please do a check for my order and tell me why its delayed it been more than 30 minutes now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
