I have tried to contact the support through call but the call don't gets connected
I am sending message to 150 but it doesn't gets through like Amazon ebay Whatsapp

The problem is that I am unable to receive otp from websites either like Amazon ebay Whatsapp. But I am receiving otp's from ee itself when I need to login to my account.

The roaming is enabled from my mobile setting but still no sms or calls received. Will I be able to receive otp when I top up?

If yes, when will my balance expire and will it cost me to receive otp's from the apps. Normally these type of messages are free.

I am currently out of Europe but I should be receiving the messages. Right?

I am watching the signals on my screen but no calls or msgs.

@Talal11230 : Did you receive a Welcome text upon arrival?

As you are on PAYG, had you used that SIM for making calls or texts in UK before leaving to go abroad? Having activated your SIM on EE's UK network 1st, not just on your device, is crucial to using your SIM abroad.

When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

Do you have any PAYG credit? Making & receiving calls & sending texts outside the EU costs money.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
