EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have any PAYG credit?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried to contact the support through call but the call don't gets connected&lt;BR /&gt;I am sending message to 150 but it doesn't gets through like Amazon ebay Whatsapp&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is that I am unable to receive otp from websites either&amp;nbsp;like Amazon ebay Whatsapp. But I am receiving otp's from ee itself when I need to login to my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The roaming is enabled from my mobile setting but still no sms or calls received. Will I be able to receive otp when I top up?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yes, when will my balance expire and will it cost me to receive otp's from the apps. Normally these type of messages are free.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently out of Europe but I should be receiving the messages.
