No ability to link accounts. Cannot sort SIM. Planning a trip to New York and I cannot even sort my overseas connection. I have been with EE since orange. But the service has consistently worsened. The app is always failing, if it works at all. I hate to say it, but it’s time to ditch all accounts and go elsewhere. The service is the worst it has been in years. Calling to speak to someone is awful, it’s just sell sell sell. Not interested in dedicated customers. Why stay? Give me one good reason, and coverage doesn’t cut it anymore. I’m very sorry EE you have lost all of your ability to look after your customers. 20+ years and you treat your long service customers like junk. Absolutely awful.

i would be keen to hear others thoughts on this. As I can see a very powerful campaign in this matter.

Otherwise you will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/countries/usa.

If you are on contract, just remember to text ROAMING to 150 before leaving UK to ensure the roaming ability is enabled on your no.

If you are on PAYG, just make sure you had already used your PAYG SIM to make a call or text in the UK.

Hi @MjMajestic

Not sure what you want becase your post makes no sense. Something about going to New York and 20 years with EE but the app doesn't work, in the whole 20 years. Can you access EE web portal.

Have you text ROAMING to 150. If you're on EE pay monthly contract and roaming is activated then as @XRaySpeX says you will receive a text, but if you check your tariff you might have a roaming entitlement.

Thanks
