You've correctly identified the daily roaming pass for pay-monthly users in Sri Lanka or any Zone 3 country.

Any day that you don't need to use mobile data, you can pay per-minute or per-text for any calls, but it won't take much for the 24hour pass to become more cost effective!

Even in the EU the longest duration pass is a 12day one, zone-1 ofers 7days. For an extended stay, and for purely in-country usage, a local SIM is another option.

Whatever you decide, remember to enable roaming before leaving the UK - this unlocks access to foreign networks.

Hi all, I am travelling to Sri lanka for 30 days. The only roaming package appear to be able to find on the EE website is £7.50 for 24 hours which is ridiculously expensive and means I have to buy on a daily basis. Is there no availability of a month long package? Thank you
