Is it possible to buy a 24 hour roaming pass in a zone 1 country like Albania with a £0 spend cap?

Welcome to the community.

You would be able to purchase an add-on when you arrive in Albania without changing your spend cap.

The spend cap will prevent out of allowance charges, so you'll not be able to run up standard charges, but you can choose to purchase an add-on.

When you switch your phone on after landing, you'll get a welcome text, and that will have a link to purchase the 24 hour pass.
