Hi @SteveM7.

Welcome to the community.

I can understand the frustration at not being able to access your online account.

If we carry out maintenance work, it will usually be late evening and overnight, when the traffic using the app and website is lower.

Don't worry though, you won't need access to apply a roaming add-on, you'll get the welcome text when you arrive as @XRaySpeX mentioned, and this will contain details on costs and a link to purchase add-ons.

The only other thing that is worth doing before you travel is to text ROAMING to 150 to make sure that your SIM is enabled to work abroad.

What the hell is going on at EE?
No access to ‘myEE’??! I go abroad on holiday tomorrow - what am I supposed to do about using my data whilst abroad?

Nothing seems to work in the app. Being told that you are improving myEE whilst not providing a key service is pathetic.
Absolutely had enough of EE (and their annual price increases for doing nothing).

Dreadful, absolutely dreadful service.

That price increase covers this along side the ongoing bills that EE pay for things like electricity that keeps the network running.
EE do this when it’ll cause the least disruption to the vast majority of customers.
