Can’t make calls to UK using my mobile from Portugal. Recently switched from BT to EE. BT had no problem calling UK from Portugal…all within my monthly plan..no extra charges. I thought I had the Sa,e plan with EE…that’s what I was told. Not prepared to pay extra charges. What to do?

@Profile closed Did you text ROAMING to 150 before you left the UK ? Have you tried just restarting the device? Have you tried manually searching for a different network to join ? Only certain plans have roaming included without the need to purchase an add on, but the ability to roam still requires you to have roaming enabled on the account by texting ROAMING to 150.
