I've just paid for a zone 2 roaming pass and none of the numbers given for customer services are allowing me to call them. I also keep going round in circles trying to find a live chat. Is there any other means of contact to speak to customer services?

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. (Opt 2) in my sig.

As @XRaySpeX has mentioned you can call CS and choose option 2.
