Can’t make/receive calls

Hi. I have bought a eu roaming pack for husbands phone. He can get on internet and get/send texts but can’t send/recurve calls. Tried switching phone off and on again but still doesn’t work. Any ideas. This happens every time we go away..🤔

Try manually swapping between local networks, see if the same problem happens.

If you can use mobile data and can send/receive texts, then your husband is roaming. What happens when he tries making a call?

It’s silent.
When I ring him from my phone, it’s silent for a minute then says that his phone is switched off..?

I wouldn't be surprised by a VoLTE/4G-calling issue here. Unusual to see that within the EU, though.

CS is the correct route to follow.
