Not able to open http://add-on.ee.co.uk/ outside uk

To purchase roaming packages, EE requires you to be outside the UK and then use the link http://add-on.ee.co.uk. However, I can’t open this link (everything else works fine), and I’ve checked with friends. it doesn’t work outside the UK for me, even though it’s meant to. This prevents me from buying the roaming package while abroad.

Thanks for coming to the community.

Could you let us know what happens when you try and open the link to purchase a roaming pass? Are you connected to a WiFi network when you try? If so, please turn WiFi off and try again.

If this does not work, are you able to make and receive calls and texts?
