Roaming Pass: Calling a UK landline from Canada

Hello!

I have a Roaming Pass. And I am confused about two things. I hope you can help me.

Firstly, I want to call a landline number in the UK. I am in Canada. The automated texts from EE about the Roaming Pass says this: "Calls to countries other than here or the UK are £2.34 per minute... Other charges are the same as when you're in the UK. "

Does this sentence mean that I can call a UK landline from Canada and not be charged as I have "unlimited" calls when I am in the UK? I am confused by this: "Calls to countries other than here..." I am hoping that by 'here', EE means Canada. Am I correct?

Secondly, my EE app will not work. It has been like this all of 2025. So, can I call 150 from Canada and not expect to be charged?

means you can call UK nos for free.

That should include 150 but to be safer I should call the UK Freephone no. in my sig. as it certainly is a call to UK.
