Pay-monthly contract users need to enable international roaming by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK. PAYG users just need to use their phone in the UK before travelling.

Hi @christyjay31

Are you PAYG or pay monthly contract.

If pay monthly you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 to activate roaming if not active on your account.
