Roaming stopped working

In Italy, Tuscany, phones stopped working. Iliad or TIm makes no difference. I have an Italian network voicemail that makes no sense. Currently only able to get online via Saily. What is going on?

Do you have multiple phones facing the same problem?

Have the phone(s) been working initially when you arrived in Italy?

Do you know if anyone else is facing signal or connection issues in Italy where you are?

If it's only your lines that are affected, it may be an account related issue.

Can you check your EE app/online account to see if there are any account related issues or messages showing?
