Hi,

manually connecting tried.
Trying everything means all that EE level 1&2 tech team wanted to try. Was on phone with them for hours but unable to resolve it.
Was informed I will be refunded the charge as they suspected it could be related to contract with local network.
I am checking if anyone experienced this and manage to resolve? Thanks

Hi,

sadly I am not getting any internet, no 3G/4G sign at all. Only getting network bars (full network) and can call and text!

Called the EE tech team and tried everything we could but nothing worked!

was wondering if any contract issues with Bangladesh local networks! Or anything unusual tips that resolved others similar problem? Thanks

Could you be a bit more specific about what "tried everything" includes, because we don't know.

One universal piece of troubleshooting for any roaming issue is to try manually connecting to alternative local networks. That checks whether any issues you have, happen on each one or are specific to one.

It would have been interesting to know exactly what the CS bods had tried. But your explanation seems to suggest you're getting 2G coverage whilst roaming in Bangladesh, no 3G/4G.
