Try manually cycling through each local network in-turn - are the symptoms the same on each one?

Hi

I’m currently in Australia. I purchased a roaming package to cover Australia and SE Asia before leaving. My texts work and data work but my phone calling won’t. I have checked my spend cap and put it to max at £50. Problem is I can’t phone 150 as my phone won’t work. I got my son to phone 150 from uk and they refused to speak to him as he’s not the account holder. I have already missed a flight due to my phone not working. I can phone friends in WhatsApp only. There seems no other way than this to get my problem resolved and already used up 1/2 a day trying to rectify this. Can anyone help please

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. using a web-calling app over WiFi
