To activate Roaming on your account you would need to speak with our customer care team.

Do you have access to another phone?

Hi , no other phone

I bought £25 , 7 day package but still can’t use phone to call anyone . Tried sending message but no help .

What phone are you using?

It would be great to try this, we can then rule out any network issues and put it down to Roaming not being active on your account.

@ADRoberts , you go to settings ,, then Mobile service, then Network Selection and switch off automatic and you can then try different networks to get it working.
