Hi my daughter has just landed in Italy and can’t buy the add on roaming package

her phone number is linked to my husband’s account but he can’t purchase the package for her?

anyone have a fix for this problem

Has your daughter received the welcome text message? There should be a link in that message to the add-on purchase page where your daughter can purchase her chosen add-on directly.
