I have an overseas data plan. I don’t have mobile call facility. I have had two texts from EE over the last two days saying I’ve tried to do something that will take me over my spend cap. I couldn’t have done anything as it was during the night. I can’t call 150 so worried that something is amiss. Thank you for any advice.

The text messages received are simply to warn you that whatever had tried to happen could not be completed due to Spend Cap.

You can find out more at Set up and manage Spend Cap

If you'd like help with determining what action it could have been, you can contact Customer Service from abroad using the details found in Contact Us From Abroad | EE

Ali
