While traveling abroad, I encountered network and phone issues, so I contacted EE at 07953 966 150. I spoke with Charlotte from the Plymouth Contact Centre, who was incredibly helpful and patient. She guided me through various tests during a call lasting over an hour, and we finally resolved the issue. A huge thank you to Charlotte for her support and professionalism!
