International Calls barred; can't contact support because it's international!

I'm working abroad in Bulgaria. I need to make an international call for work.

When I make a call I am informed it is barred.

I can't contact EE support because they count as international calls.

I can't use the my EE account because I never linked the product; I only tried to link the product now and got the name on my bill wrong (Alex instead of Alexander); now I'm blocked out of that.

What the hell do I do?

I can't call 150 because it is the Bulgarian emergency number

You'll need to make the call from another working phone.

Either +44 7953 966150 or +44 800 9566000 depending how you're calling.
