ee roaming not as good as first thought

i am touring europe in a motorhome, i have a router in my motorhome that i have inserted a recently purchase full works sim. with europe roaming up to 50gb . i also upgraded my phone to essential plus so i have eu roaming on that as well. i have been informed by an ee advise that the 50gb fair usage policy applies to the account and not the individual sim and since the 50gb only lasted 9 days i think i have an expensive problem and upgrading my plans was pointless.....would of nice to have that explained to me ....

@cheddars It’s per line not 50Gb for the account. You’ve been misinformed. Your line just needs a minimum of 50Gb to have 50Gb per month. So if one of the lines only has 20Gb you only get 20Gb for that line.
