Tried both those numbers. All listed numbers for EE and BT fail. Have tried several times too

Hi @dickhay1

Do you have any signal on your device? And have you activated Roaming access before ravelling abroad? If not you'll not be able to make a call from your EE phone.

If you have signal, or you have already activated roaming, try a manual network search to log onto a different USA network on your phone, then try calling again.

However, if you still cant call, you can use an alternative phone to Contact us from Abroad.

Hi Thanks for reply.
Full roaming and wifi status. Was unable to telephone EE via any of my network fora inc EE app, and published contact numbers.
Back in UK now so will contact as normal.
