Hi i need your help. I came turkey yesterday but i have done roaming which i am paying £5 daily but problem is i can not call directly to anyone and also no calls are coming only i can use internet. Please help me it’s important for me

Hi mate i need your help . Basically i came turkey yesterday and i done the roaming also i have spent cap £20 and now i am paying £5 day but problem is i can not call directly anyone and no one can call me as well only i can use internet. Why is this happening please help me . I have attached a screenshot for roaming my package i am using. Please help me i cant even call directly.

Did you receive a welcome text when you arrived in Turkey from EE?

Have you tried to manually connect to a network in the device settings?

@Rasel93 , just to add, it may be worth switching off 5G, not sure whether that will make a difference, but have read, that is what is advised for USA when customers are having problems and it works.
