Did you get this sorted as I'm having the same issue and have previously used this phone in the usa, i can send and receive sms but not calls

Post moved to a new thread, your situation is different to that of the post you hijacked.

By virtue of receiving texts, you are roaming. Try doing a manual network search and select a network other than the one you're using currently.

Do the same symptoms persist? Check whether you can call in-country, even if international calls to the UK fail.

Yes we have tried all that and still cannot make or receive calls, it must be an EE issue as another member of our party is on EE and having the same issue and they have a recent iphone while i have android, even wifi calling wont work

WiFi-calling is intended as a coverage-enhancement for poor/no indoor coverage and is only ever supported in the UK.

If it ever works abroad, it should be considered a fluke.

Your original post didn't mention having tried manual network searching, hence suggesting it. Your reply doesn't mention whether you can call in-country or not at all. This is a good test of international call bars.

Try turning off roaming/dial assist under call settings.

Make sure the correct country code is used.

No we cannot make or receive any calls, any outgoing calls says dialing but then fails, any incoming calls go straight to voicemail
