It is well publicised in the News that there is a major power supply issue in the Iberian peninsula. This will obviously affect the local mobile networks. There is nowt EE can do to help there. Contact your local council (conselho) & find out what they are doing about it.

I also have the same issue, can't make outgoing calls to UK landlines or mobiles, but can receive calls and text messages. At present I'm using the NOS / EE network, NOS is a major communications company in Portugal, surely EE can contact NOS requesting them to check their network.

Lesley, I'm unable to make any outgoing calls at present, perhaps you could ask your technical teams to contact me.

I have restarted my phone, powered down my phone and removing the sim card, unfortunately no change.

We're not able to arrange call backs from here @Whythis, though it is unlikely you'd be able to receive a call if our team were able to do so.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
