      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a Zone 2 Pass for use in Colombia. I had a text saying it was active but it wasn't shown anywhere on my account when I logged in. How can I tell if it really is active?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The only place on your account where roaming is displayed, is under your add-ons, where in the past couple of months, a "full roaming" option has started to appear.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The normal method for purchasing roaming add-ons since late last year, is by using a link in the welcome text message sent when you first arrive in a foreign country. You must have a local network connection to receive texts abroad and thus be roaming.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would therefore conclude, that lack of roaming ability is not the problem in your case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
