Hello I have similar problem Im abroad jn Denmark, I bought this new sim before I left. It doest work, cant make calls or text to anyone including 150. I did receive messeges from EE. But cant make any. How can I fix it?

Did you use the SIM card in the UK to a make a call or send a text on the EE network?

Had you used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before going abroad? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

When you arrived did you get a welcome text with your roaming options?

Do you have credit available?

Are you able to receive calls and texts?

I did. Dont have credit bought online voucher but cant send messege to 150. Im not able to receive calls or messages tho got some from EE itself.

You won't be able to use the voucher until you are back in UK.
