why has this been removed - will it charge me now even though I have another 4 days left from when I initially purchased the 7 day pass

Which country are you in, and when exactly did you purchase the travel data pass?

The TDP has been withdrawn in favour of the Roaming Refresh. Anyway you only pay for it on the days you use data abroad under it & you can't if it's been removed.
