Hi,

I am currently in Germany and only have E and no 5G

I have roaming in my package and can’t text to ask EE

can anyone advise?

Did you activate Roaming before leaving the UK?

When you arrived in Germany did you receive a welcome text?

I could hazard a guess at the fix, but... other people may come on this forum with a similar problem, seeking help with resolving.
