      <description>&lt;P&gt;Help please,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arrived in Florida, got text confirming roaming all good to go can receive texts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However maps doesn't receive any signal or connect when out of the house and away from WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On t mobile as carrier. Tried customer service and can receive texts but unable to respond as reply will not send.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help as I'm not particularly techy and can't understand why my nephew who is on holiday with us gets a fantastic connection on T-Mobile he's an O2 customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jon&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have got the 7 day add on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can get texts and make calls yet maps Will not work, have checked for updates on Google maps and even downloaded other maps / GPS apps which work perfectly in the house on WiFi, as soon as away from house,&amp;nbsp; no connection&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you access any other app and websites using mobile data?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried manually connecting to another network, to see if you can use maps?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
