Stolen phone in Panama

Dear All,

I wonder if anyone can help at EE, I had my mobile phone stolen whilst at a concert in Panama (where I am currently working) and it has my english sim in it. All I can find is a number to ring, which is difficult as my mobile was my only phone and there doesn't seem to be any other way to contact EE with regards to what to do. Any help would be amazing. @tpjm1983 : Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

I can see @XRaySpeX has given some great advice above already about how to contact the team. Did you manage to speak to one of our Guides about this yet?

Thank you so much for this and for taking the time to help, sadly, the number doesn't work from Panama, I am not sure really what to do. I can't access the app as it says that it will send a message to my number which I don't have any more and there seems to be no online chat service, any ideas?
