Inclusive Extra - EU Roaming

We go away to Spain on Friday. Whenever we have gone to Europe, I've always switched my Inclusive Extra on my contract to EU roaming.

I've just gone to swap it over and I only seem to have the option to switch to ROW Zone 1 which, as far as I can tell, does not include the EU. Have EE ditched offering EU roaming on the contract Inclusive Extras?

I'd also like to say that for all their bravado about making roaming easier, EE appear to have (deliberately?) made finding information on their roaming plans as difficult as possible.

If you visit our Roaming Refresh help page you can see what's included with each Zone. But you are correct, Zone 1 does not include Spain. You can also visit our Roaming Charges help page before you travel, and it will show you the costs and add-ons available.

If you text ROAMING to 150, followed by GOING, then SPAIN, what is the information given to you?
